For the T1 You need one more step: - Go to Service Parameters--> CallManager - Click Advanced - Look for the Field "Change B-Channel Maintenance Status 1" - In that field write the device name of the T1 gatekeeper follow by a 0 if the channel will be used or a 1 if you want busyout the channel . eg If you want to use just your first 3 channel of you T1 write: "S0/[EMAIL PROTECTED] = 0001 1111 1111 1111 1111"
