Subject: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] block incoming call based on calling number

Is there a way to block an incoming call based on the 'calling' number -
either on a H.323 gateway or in CallManager? IE We would be blocking calls
from a specific phone number from calling into the system?
Thanks.
Russ
