Hello all, Recently I hit into a ATA186 problem. Well, from the switch which the ATA186 is connected to, I do a " show cdp neighbour detail " and I did see that ATA186 is there, and is able to showed an IP Address and is in the correct voice vlan subnet.
Problem is, I can't do a ping to the ATA186's IP Address. (while, no issue for me to ping my IP Phones in the same switch and same voice subnet.) So, I pickup the phone and hit the function button, and I noticed the defaut route for the ATA186 is 0.0.0.0 even I confirmed I had the default router option enabled in DHCP. I tried several ftime of actory reset, but still the ATA186 only managed to grab an IP Address from my DHCP but not the default router. I am sure my DHCP is working fine with enough free IP Address for the ATA186 to lease from. Please kindly advice what might be wrong. Thanks.
