In my testing, it appears that MOH will stream from the CCM that the phone is registered from if enabled on both CCM servers, regardless of the MRG/MRGL configuration. In order to truly test the MRG/MRGL, I had to stop both the CCM and IP Voice Media Streaming services on the inactive server. Stopping just one or the other gave undesired results. Is this expected?
