[OSL | CCIE_Voice] Question Unity-CCM Integration

Hello All

 

I wonder why after doing the integration CCM and UNITY, everything works fine 
but when I try to leave a message in the extension voice mail it says :" a 
system error occurred", when I try to listen my messages it says: " The system 
is offline" .

Actually I am working in POD 18.

 

I would appreciate if somebody could help me about this.
