[OSL | CCIE_Voice] PSTN and Frame Relay switch simulator

I am trying to setup my own CCIE Voice Lab.

Does anyone have the configuration of the router used to simulate the PSTN
and the Frame Relay switch?

What router and modules do I need to get?
