hi Mark, When you say your ICD Device - are you speaking of two CTI Ports that do not show as registered - but your CTI Route Point does show as registered? Yes, right
I would go over and check things on the UCCX box. Check the JTAPI Subsystem - do a "check sync status" (not in front of me so forgive the slight mis-wording :)) and if not in sync (which it sounds like it isn't), then re-sync things up. Create, correct JTAPI providers, user/pass, and CTI Call Control Groups (CTI Ports in UCM) as necessary. I did, still the same Do you have any other suggestion, what should I do ?
