Hi
 
I have the configuration for IPCC and I have two agents, onw in HQ and the
other in BR1, all is working without problems, but I am testing it in the
case of lack of bandwidth over the wan when the AAR kicks in, with AAR
active I can call from HQ and BR1 to the ICD pilot and if I have the agents
in ready state the call can be redirected to the agent in HQ, however when
the call is redirected to the agent in BR1 the IP phone rings once and then
I have the next error on the IP Phone screen:
 
"the agent does not have an active call"
 
Any ideas of what could be the problem?
