hi, I edit & debug script using script editor to display ANI for 617 in workbook Vol 1 (IPCC) and it show error msg when the pointer hit the script ANI=Get Call Contact Info (--Triggering Contact --, Calling Number ) Error msg : Task 30000000025 GetCallContactInfoStep (HandledSessionStep) Wrong trigger typecom.cisco.app.remote.RemoteApplicationTrigger any suggestion ? thks
