I couldn't find a voip peer in your config with an "incoming
called-number" . So you are likely matching the default dial peer for
the H323 leg of the call. For the transcoder to work properly, you
usually need to have specific peers matched for both legs of the call.
Suggest you try putting "incoming called-number ." on dial peer 1000.
