Add the following command to your gateway: voice service voip allow h323 to h323
That should fix it. And I guess a vanila H323 GW also will not hairpin as both the call legs are VoIP. We may need IPIPGW to achieve that. Do you have any idea of how to reoriginate the call from one Dial Peer to another?
