[OSL | CCIE_Voice] Internal Clock Source on a T1 CAS

Hello,

I have a question on the internal timing source. I am reading that when you
issue the following command under controller interface mode "clock source
internal", the clock is provided by the local PLL. however on these 2
configuration examples I didn't understand why on the First one the clock is
provided by the local PLL and on the Second Example the clock is provider by
the PSTN/CO PLL

1.  controller T1 1/0
     framing crc4
     linecoding hdb3
     clock source internal
     ds0-group timeslots 1-15 type e&m-wink-start

2.  controller T1 1/0
     framing esf
     linecoding ami
     clock source internal
     ds0-group timeslots 1-12 type e&m-wink-start

the only difference is the framing and the linecoding. Do These 2 parameters
define the clocking source for the line?
