Hello All: Since the announcement of the change to the Voice lab blueprint, people have been scrambling to figure out what to do. I thought it would be good to see what some of you have been doing to prepare for the changes, how you have changed your study and if you have ramped up your study on the current blueprint to try the lab as it is before the change?
I personally was at a pivotal point in my studies. I was planning for a July lab date. With the changes I will probably put that off for a month or two to let the dust settle. I know that there is always a lot of speculation of exactly what will change and how it will affect the lab. Wit that said, I am continuing on with my studies with the current material. Let's face it, the way SCCP, H323, SIP, CSS, partitions, route patterns, translation rules, dial-peers, etc. work will still be the same. My point is you need to know and UNDERSTAND the core fundamentals of the technologies for the lab. Thoughts? Larry Hadrava CCIE #12203 CCNP CCNA Sr. Support Engineer – IPexpert, Inc.
