1) Make sure that the "MWI on" extension is the same in both Unity and CCM.
2) Make sure that at least one of your voicemail ports is allowed to perform
MWI functions and that port is registered to CCM.
3) Make sure the Calling Search Space assigned to the Unity Voicemail Ports
includes the partition in which you put the "MWI on" extension in CCM.
4) "MWI on" is not sent every time a new message is left... only when a new
message is left in a previously empty (no new messages) mailbox. If you don't
want to delete or listen to all the new messages and retry leaving a new one,
you can perform an MWI resynch in Unity.
5) By default CCM only lights the MWI light on the primary line of a phone
(other lines will prompt only default).
6) By default Unity only sends MWI on and off to the primary extension of a
voice mailbox (not the alternate extensions).
7) As Larry suggested, if your phones' CSS includes the partition in which the
MWI on extension resides, try dialing that extension directly to see if the MWI
will light. This makes sure the light actually works and it also makes sure
that every on CCM is working.

Subject: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] Cannot see MWI in simple scenario

  Hi,
I have a basic problem. cannot see MWI on any Phone. Voicemail itself works
fine
Have MWI configured for on/off with certain nos.
Have the matching nos configured on Unity during Integrations..

Any suggestions on how to fix this? I went through troubleshooting guide but
it is not very helpful.
  Thanks
  John.
