[OSL | CCIE_Voice] CCME router issue

hi 
i have a 3845 router with all necessary card and 
S384AISK9‐12415XY (Cisco 3845 ADVANCED IP SERVICES) IOS
it has SRST feature license, there is no CCME feature license. is it possible 
to use this router as a CCME router. without changing the IOS? i want to use it 
as a home lab. 
please help me...
