Ron,
We are looking into this and will get back to you. Obviously, if
you have used ONE HUNDRED SESSIONS than you probably know that there's
the ability to PRE-LOAD CONFIGS. It's possible either 1) a script ran
when it wasn't supposed to or 2) you set the session up to pre-load a
certain config or 3) you scheduled the session with less than 15
minutes (15 minutes or less before the session started) which didn't
give the scripts enough time to run / clear the devices. Regardless,
you seem to be isolated as our other customers aren't experiencing any
problems.

this mornings session. I checked your terminal server and you are
currently the only customer on this pod. were you being kicked out
of device at the beginning of your session? Did you notice old
configurations on the device when you started the session?
