[OSL | CCIE_Voice] Urgent: Very surprising error "XML error [4]: parser error " when accessing speeddial.xml

Hi,

I configured speeddial.xml  many times and it works fine but I got this
error now, I even copy and paste same content from Doc CD but same happen
here.


This is the error on ipphone--------->  XML error [4]: parser error

I tried to access it via browser of my PC. I got this error :

XML Parsing Error: mismatched tag. Expected: </Name>.
