I have the issue on my own VMware image, even though I reinstalled it, and had the same issue with different pods of proctor labs.
So I'm just wondering whether I did something wrong. But it doesn't look like server configuration issue because it's working fine by using another editor. While for proctor labs, I can't test it because I don't have direct access to uccx server from my desktop but remote desktop connection. Just wondering whether someone has the same issue while using proctorlabs, or I'm the only one have this issue? I would guess uninstall and reinstall the editor on the IPCC server. Or reintall IPCC. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ From: ccie_voice-boun...@onlinestudylist.com [ccie_voice-boun...@onlinestudylist.com] On Behalf Of Juliana Xu [juliana...@hotmail.com] Sent: Wednesday, October 07, 2009 5:48 PM To: ccie_voice@onlinestudylist.com Subject: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] uccx editor issue Hi, On admin GUI, a script is loaded successfully, while UCCX log shows "failed to load the script, invalid script". I'm pretty sure that it's the editor (coming with the UCCX installation) issue. If I opened a default script, e.g. icd.aef and didn't change anything just clicked on the "save" button, I would get the same error message. If I used another editor (installed on my desktop) to modify a script, then the script would be working fine. Any suggestion how to fix this problem on uccx server?
