Per Proctor Labs support request, I would like to post my question to ccievoicestuygroup in hopes that it might readily be solved by one of the subscribers. I am currently working on a VPIM lab with a Proctor Labs 3.0 voice lab session and I am unable to find the needed license file for activating VPIM. As this license is not needed for initial integration I would have assumed it would have been installed prior to starting the lab but this is not the case. So I can only assume that is located somewhere within the lab. If you have any information that would help please post.
