VIC I followed WB Lab 13 ,so I already assigned that one.

Also assigned primary DN to user.

Server Health :

Desk Phone               Disconnecting (Pending Retry)...

LDAP                       Failed-No server Configured

I know sth is wrong with CTI control, but couldn't figure out what's that
