I have a question regarding how the Intercept softkey should behave.
Here is the scenario:
css-manager has pt-manager and pt-internal in that order.
Manager -- 5002 -- pt-manager
Assistant -- 5001 -- pt-internal
Proxy line -- 5102 -- pt-internal -- css-manager
IPMA_RP -- 5002 -- pt-internal -- css-manager
- On the Manager phone, I have DivAll and no filter. Assistant watch in ON.
When somebody calls 5002, the Proxy-line rings. But if I press the Intercept
key on the Manager phone, nothing happens. Actually, the ringing on the
Proxy-line restarts.
- On the Manager phone, no DivAll and no filter.
When somebody calls 5002, Manager phone rings. If Manager presses ReDirect, the
call goes to the Proxy-line. Now, when it is ringing, the Manager can press
Intercept successfully and get the call.
Is this how it is supposed to work. As per my understanding, even in the first
case the Intercept key should work.
Any pointers to where I may be making a mistake.
