For the ephone-dn, I didn't enter anything.

The only two lines per ephone needed are:
ephone 1
privacy off

The rest, like ephone-dn and such is learned by the router. Guess
could configure even more, but this is all that is needed to turn off
the privacy and get the cbarge to work.
