Hi Experts,
As per the requirement in this question for adding a customer on the queue for
60 seconds, This could be acheived from the "DelayedWhileQueue" parameter on
the icd.aef script ,but does the 60 includes the seconds that the nice lady is
talking and instructing me to hold on queue or the queue held time begin once
the script exceute the "DelayedWhileQueue" step. is there another way to do
that ?
