Hi, I've configure the IPPM on cisco 7961 phone, everything works smooth other that the message receive alert. It doesn't "ring" when there is a mgs come in from CIPC or other IPPM.i've set the "audible alert" to ON but still got no luck.
Another IPPM phone encounter the same issue, so don't think is the phone problem. Any idea? Thanks Shingei.
