Hi,

Take your example,my calculation for LLQ would be:

(3 calls x 26.8kbps) + (1 call x  40kbps)
= 120.4kbps ==>121kbps

I provision the first 3 calls in L2 bandwidth calculation,then i'll used
L3 bandwidth calculation for the 4th call,which is the worst case.
So i'll configure the PQ with above bandwidth.
