Hi All, MVA is not working.
when call is made to MVA DID, IVR runs , SNR user is authenticated , pressed one to make a outbound call , dialed number is 9911# Once done with dialed number , call is getting diconnect silently ..No re order tone SNR works route pattern 9.911 (null partition)----- > MGCP / h323 (no Local group) MVA service is enabled directory number is null partition, MVA flag is enabled in service parameter not sure what i am missing here .. clue less :( Regards, Mritunjay
