I see what you mean. As a matter of chance I was doing some MVA just now. When I changed the service parameter to nonsense, the MVA still worked. When I changed the Media Resource MVA to nonsense, my MVA broke.
Trying to figure out what the service parameter is for. On the features and services DOC, it is listed only under the section that says: "Mobile Voice Access Configuration by Service Parameter To configure Mobile Voice Access *without using an H.323 gateway*, use the following procedure." This is the MVA that doesn't use an IVR prompt. User has to enter all the DTMFs in sequence. I have done this config but didn't pay attention how I used this parameter. Will se if I try it later but almost no-one uses this anyway.
