Hi, I might have misinterpreted the task. Call handler greeting managment is
easy to configure for 2 users.
But the original question would be still interesting to answer.

Regarding your solution Brian, I'm not sure you can have the same extension
for 2 different user on CUC (wouldn't make sense, how CUC would know which
user is calling).

e.g. user1 has 5001 as his primary extension and shareduser has 5001 and
1001 as alternate extensions.
if 5001 calls unity, should it be recognized as user user1 or user
shareduser? Although MWI should still work with this solution.
