Yes, exactly like. It looks like the actual generation of phone including
the CIPC require the ephone, type and mac-address configured to send the
correct time using the time-zone command under the telephony-services
section, also, erase and create cnf files after this and the usual reset.

Old phones like the telecasters generation use ntp clock from the router.

This can be confirmed doing more on config files.
