John, No debugs in CUCM for DHCP but you still have the Cisco DHCP Monitor Service Traces and packet capture.
There is no way to bind the MAC of a device to an IP address as far as I can tell; there is no option in GUI to accomplish this. Regards, Roger Carpio.
