Hi Michael, What is the gateway protocol? MGCP or h323? Can you provide configs in both cases? If it's h323 what do you have on outgoing dial-peer? hardcored g711? you can try: voice-class codec 1 codec preference 1 g711ulaw codeb preference 2 g729r
