A Q931 cause code = Q850. Just remember that it can be listed as binary
code (debug cch323 h225), hex code (debug* *voip ccapi inout) and a
high-order hex code (debug isdn q931). Keep in mind with debug isdn q931
the cause codes includes the digit origination point, a Q850 cause code then
an optional diagnostic field ie: 0x818202, where 82 is the cause code.

Q.850 cause codes in debug isdn q931 use the high order-bit hex set, so
when binary code = 1 then hex code is 0x01 the high-order hex set is 0x81.
>From there is proceeds as expected, binary = 2, hex = 0x02, high-order=
0x82.

The best reference table I have seen is in the Troubleshooting Cisco IP
Telephony book which correlates all three into a single table.
