Dave, Nobody can guarantee that phones will be restored to a pre-decided firmware version, while proctors definitely restore the lab to an almost blank config; restoring the firmware requires some config and they just won't do it for you. Just like CUE, it might be licensed for CME and your lab requests JTAPI integration but fear not; if you have to do the conversion; all you need is to know how to do it; files will be provided... Easy as pie.
