I think there's a discussion before. If you are so concern about the sequence, 
you can use SQL insert command.

In cucm 7 release note, it does mentioned about how to add corporate directory 
back if you accidentally deleted it. Inside this command, you will realize you 
can mark the enterprise subscription on or off and the sequence number.
