Hello guys, I am having problems with registering a 7971 has a SIP phone with CME.
I am troubled, because I have used the same setup several times without issue. I tried two different methods but got the exact same results: 1. Use UCM to load the SIP firmware then register the phone back to UCME 2. Use CME to upgrade the firmware via "voice register global" Both methods end with the phone displaying "Unprovisioned" I have made sure of the following: 1. The SIP 7970/7971 firmware files are loaded in flash 2. I used the "load" statements. 3. I used the upgrade statements. The 7971 will go through the process and pull down the files properly.
