Hi All, I cant get my MVA calling name working i.e when I call in from my Remote number into MVA & make a call to an internal DN, during alerting & connect status I only see the 4digit calling number & not the name set on the DN. On the Remote Destination Profile, Iv configured the name & checked the Propagate selected for the shared line.
is there something I am missing or any service parameter that needs to be changed to see the name? T&R
