Change region between br2 and HQ to g711- does that work? Can you call direct to the cue pilot number from HQ/br1 or is this isolated to call forward? Can you call the cue pilot from br2 phones? Remove any location cac to eliminate an ouf bandwidth flag Does the cue have an mrgl to see the Xcoder at br2? Is the Xcoder in right dpool? Are you using RSVP?
