Thanks for the explanation gurpreet.

From what i observed, looks like the gateway/TP CSS needs to have the PT of the 
CTI ports in addition to having the PT of the CTI-RP and the CSS on the CTI-RP 
is ignored.

This is the part that confused me as i was seeing the CTI redirect searching 
for the CTI Port in the NULL partition from the SDI traces.
