Hi Guys, I am configuring IPPM, everything is working fine, except i am not getting the visual and audio alert when recieving a message. I have checked the following:
- IPPM user and password match between CUCM and CUPS - IP Phone configured with Owner User ID - End User associated with IP Phone - Line Appearence associated with End User What i am missing here? Regards, -- Juan Carlos Anzola
