Dear All, I've configured CUCM with CUE ...CTI ports and CTI route point are registered. But when I initiates a call to CUE its giving me busy tone.
What would be the trace to see what is happening on CUE side or what would be troubleshooting steps to follow. Thank you. Regards, Salman Shah.
