hi Guys,

on UCCX my 1 button login works , also my cti route points are 
registered,  I can also call the AA  but when I call the ICD it gives 
a message " we are currently experiencing system problems and are unable to 
connect your call"

Observation:

-One button login works but I  see 0 calls in the queue when ICD is called
-all UCCX services are up
-I have rebooted the machine still no good
-Have tried with both skill based and Resource Group routing and get same result

What else do I do?
