Which says clearly that "WI operation for broadcast messaging cannot be controlled per individual mailbox, it is an attribute of the system on which the message is delivered. If MWI for broadcast messaging is configured to be on, the MWI light is lit for all mailboxes on the system when a broadcast message becomes active. MWI is *refreshed when a broadcast message expires* so that any mailboxes that have not listened to the message will never receive it and the MWI state is turned off (unless there are other new messages in the mailbox)."
