Hi Peter, Are you using the 5LAB workbooks? I've had the same problem. Run this command from the Publisher CLI:
run sql update processconfig set paramvalue="T" where paramname like '%installed%' You should now see the IPCC extension under End User, Enterprise Parameters should show IPCC Express Installed as 'True'. If you are also missing the rmjtapi application user in CM, the quickest way to get the RMCM subsystem running in CCX is to manually create the application user in CM and make sure it matches up with CCX. Then your agents should show up in CCX. Not sure if this is an 'exam' troubleshooting issue or just a glitch with Proctor Labs, but they haven't fixed it. It's not in the DSG.
