I advise against using codec pass through on the MTP. I'd recommend something 
like the following:

dspfarm profile 2 mtp
 no codec g711u
 codec g729r8
 max sess softw <some number>
 assoc app sccp
 no shut
dspfarm profile 3 transcod
 codec g729r8
 max sess <some number>
 assoc app sccp
 no shut
!
ccm group 1
 ..stuff..
 assoc prof 2 register sc-rsvp
 assoc prof 3 register sc-xocder
 ..stuff..
!
