Dear Experts,
I would like to configure a single alert when MGCP PRI Channel is down to be sent to a specific email. I know how to configure it by going to RTMT ---> Alert Central --> MGCPDCHANNEL is down ---> Set Alert/Propertis but I don't know how to make a single alert to avoid excessive e-mail?
