Greetings,

I'm using my UCCX server for the customized Directory Button task. I've got my
xml file in c:/inetpub/wwwroot on the UCCX server along with a file named
corp.html that contains the text "Corporate Directory Disabled". My phone
services for SC Phone 1 are provisioned for an external URL and I'm pointing to
the UCCX server at http://10.10.210.5/scph1.xml

Here's the rub: When I press the Directories button on the phone, it's asking
me to enter login credentials. This problem is related to IIS on my UCCX
Server (Running Windows Server 2003). I've been Googling this issue and have
tried some of the solutions to no avail.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? If yes, how did you fix your IIS?
Below is the error message I get when I enter the URL into a browser:

You are not authorized to view this page
You do not have permission to view this directory or page due to the access
control list (ACL) that is configured for this resource on the Web server.

Please try the following:
Contact the Web site administrator if you believe you should be able to view
this directory or page.
Click the Refresh button to try again with different credentials.
HTTP Error 401.3 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to an ACL set on the
requested resource.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

Technical Information (for support personnel)
Go to Microsoft Product Support Services and perform a title search for the
words HTTP and 401.
Open IIS Help, which is accessible in IIS Manager (inetmgr), and search for
topics titled About Security, Access Control, and About Custom Error Messages.
