Not sure if everyone is aware of this or not, but after IOS version 12.4(15)T Cisco has included the B-ACD tcl scripts as an embedded option within the IOS. To access these scripts you would enter the following:
application service app-b-acd service app-b-acd-aa I would recommend that if you are not already practicing using these embedded scripts, I would start adding those in. If you forget where this is you can always find it in documentation by going to Products -> Unified Communications -> Call Control -> Mid-Market Call Control -> Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express -> Configure -> Configuration Guides -> Cisco Unified CME B-ACD and Tcl Call-Handling Applications and searching for the key word "embedded".
