I just used Prime Collaboration Deployment (PCD) and product worked great but was also full of bugs. The biggest issue we faced was on the night of the cutover a lot of things didn't work like Ringlists, Extension Mobility, and Corporate Directory. TAC had to gain root access to CCM and PCD was the primary account listed for all the services. TAC had to change each entry to CCM and then things started working. I spent about 8hrs with Cisco TAC working on various issues listed with PCD. I think PCD is a great concept but Cisco needs to work out the bugs. I would use caution if you are going to use PCD.
