Hi Friends,

Can you help me on this.

I am using MGCP voice gateway with PRI line. For a time PRI link was down.
The service provider is telling that no PRI down.
but I need to check and confirm on CUCM and Gateway part where I can find
logs(RTMT trace), I mean what message I will see on trace which confirms
that links was down or call was not happening that time.

Really appreciate your help!!!!
