Hello everyone,
I am trying to setup the following in CME. Has anyone experience or has done
anything like this before ? I need help how to set it up on CME. When someone
calls the general VM box he/she gets the following:
"Thank you for calling XXX
For English, press 1. Para Español, marque el 2"
When you press 1 you get the following for english and 2 you the spanish
version.
"You have reached the general voicemail system.
If you know the name or extension number of the person you want to reach,
please dial it now.
For our company directory, press 1
To leave a message, press 2
Thank you "
